Family/Friend Group Orders.

We are honored to help families create meaningful memorial artwork to be shared among loved ones. Group orders are welcome and can include multiple pieces and multiple shipping addresses, allowing family members and friends to each receive a personal keepsake in remembrance of someone special.To help ensure a smooth and organized experience, we kindly ask that one individual serve as the group coordinator throughout the ordering process.

How to Place a Group Order

1. Select a Group Coordinator
Choose one person to serve as the primary point of contact for the order. This helps streamline communication and ensures all details are collected accurately.

2. Share Artwork Selections
Invite participating family members and friends to browse the website and select the pieces they would like included in the group order. Establishing a deadline for selections can help keep the process organized.

3. Review Costs
The coordinator should communicate all applicable costs, including artwork, shipping, and taxes. If participants plan to share the cost of sending cremated remains to our studio, those expenses can be divided accordingly.

4. Submit the Order
Add all selected pieces to the shopping cart and complete checkout through our website.

5. Provide Participant Information

Shipping Information

Group orders may be shipped to multiple addresses. A shipping fee of $10 per additional address will apply.Cremated remains should be submitted in accordance with current USPS regulations. The amount of cremated remains needed will vary based on the number and type of memorial pieces being created. We will provide guidance regarding the appropriate quantity when your order is placed.
