Cremains Shipping Process.

Cremains shipments are done through USPS Priority Express with Signature per USPS regulation guidelines. We will provide all necessary items in the Cremains Kit we ship you, including mailers, cremains stickers, and address labels to ship your loved one’s cremains back to us to create your beautiful art piece.

Once you have shipped your Cremains Kit back to us we ask that you email us at DavidContrerasGlass@gmail.com with the tracking number.

How We Ship.

Cremains Kits are shipped USPS first class.

Glass Infused with Cremains are sent Priority Express with signature.

Is Priority Express Shipping Necessary?

The reason we request Priority Express Shipping with Signature is due to USPS regulation.  Even though we are dealing with small amounts of cremains it still falls under these mailing guidelines. We do understand that this is more expensive and we have had customers choose not to send back to us with this shipping. If you choose not to use Priority Express Shipping we ask that you DO NOT use the provided address label, cremains sticker or express mailer from your Cremains Kit. Please make sure to put all the necessary paperwork in your mailer back to us. We do ask that all packages be sent with signature receipt.
