Return & Replacement Policy

 

If your memorial artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of both the damaged piece and its packaging. Upon verification, we will work with you to provide either a replacement piece or a refund.

Because every memorial is individually handcrafted to order, natural variations in size, shape, color distribution, bubble formation, and the appearance of cremated remains within the glass are to be expected. These characteristics are an inherent part of the artistic process and contribute to the unique nature of each memorial.

No two pieces will ever be exactly alike, and such variations do not constitute defects in workmanship or quality.

As each memorial is custom created specifically for your family, returns, refunds, or exchanges cannot be offered based on aesthetic differences, artistic variations, or differences between a completed piece and photographs displayed on our website.

Order Cancellations

 

We understand that circumstances can change, and we are happy to accommodate order cancellations whenever possible.

Orders may be canceled for a full refund provided that the artist has not yet begun work on your memorial and a Cremation Kit has not been shipped.

If a Cremation Kit has already been mailed, a $10 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund to cover the cost of the kit and shipping.

Once work on a memorial has begun, the order can no longer be canceled, as each piece is individually handcrafted and custom created specifically for your family.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, although the timing may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
