We offer a money-back warranty and/or replacement of the memorial piece for breakage upon arrival with photographic evidence of breakage.

All of our cremations memorial glass art is handmade on demand so precise sizing, color distribution, bubbles, and ash placement vary from piece to piece. Any such variations in hues and characteristics occurring in these products do not constitute a defect in the quality or appearance of the product. Customers purchasing such items agree and accept such naturally occurring variations.

Returns and refunds will not be considered for aesthetic differences.

Cancelling An Order.

We understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable and we can certainly cancel an order as long as the artist hasn’t begun to work on your art. We will be able to refund an order in full if we have not sent out a cremains shipping kit.

If the kit has been shipped there will be a $10 cancellation fee to cover the cost of the kit and the shipping.

Once an order is refunded, you should see the refund hit your payment method in 5-7 business days.
