Shipping Cremains

All cremains shipments are sent via USPS Priority Express with Signature, in accordance with USPS regulations. Your Cremation Kit will include everything you need to safely send your loved one’s cremains back to us, including mailers, cremains labels, and pre-addressed shipping labels.

Once you have sent your Cremation Kit, please email us at DavidContrerasGlass@gmail.com with the tracking number so we can monitor its arrival and begin creating your beautiful memorial artwork.

Glass Infused with Cremains are sent via USPS Priority Express.

Is Priority Express Shipping Necessary?

 

Why We Request Priority Express Shipping with Signature

We ask that cremains be sent via USPS Priority Express with Signature to comply with USPS regulations. Even though the amounts are small, cremains are still subject to these mailing guidelines.

We understand that this method may be more expensive, and some customers choose alternative shipping options. If you decide not to use Priority Express Shipping, please do not use the address label, cremains sticker, or express mailer provided in your Cremation Kit.

Be sure to include all necessary paperwork with your shipment, and send the package with a signature receipt to ensure safe delivery to our studio.
