Family & Friends Group Orders

We are happy to accommodate Family or Friends Group Orders, including multiple shipping addresses. A shipping fee of $10 per address will apply. To ensure a smooth process, we ask that one person take the lead in coordinating the order.

Special Family Discount: For orders over $3,500, enjoy a discount by entering code LOVINGMEMORY at checkout.

How to Place a Group Order:

  1. Choose a coordinator: Pick one person to facilitate the ordering process.

  2. Share the website: Send the link to everyone participating and set a clear deadline for when selections need to be finalized.

  3. Communicate costs: Make sure all participants are aware of the total costs, including the artwork, shipping, and applicable taxes. If sharing the cost of sending Cremation Kits back to us, divide accordingly.

  4. Cremains submission: Cremains should be sent via USPS Priority Express with Signature, which typically costs around $60 per Cremation Kit. Depending on the total number of pieces, the artist will adjust the amount of cremains needed.

  5. Add items to cart and checkout: Each piece can be added to your cart, and the order can be placed through our website.

  6. Send order details: After placing the order, please email us at DavidContrerasGlass@gmail.com with the following for each participant:

    • Full name

    • Shipping address

    • Item description/order

    Many coordinators find it easiest to compile all information in a single spreadsheet to ensure nothing is missed.
