What's Included in Your Cremation Kit

Once your order is placed, a Cremation Kit will be mailed to you via USPS. The kit contains everything needed to prepare and submit cremated remains to our studio safely and securely.

Your Cremation Kit includes:

• A copy of your invoice

• Step-by-step instructions for preparing and shipping cremated remains

• A secure vial with screw cap and labeled bag for cremated remains

• Guidelines indicating the amount of cremated remains needed for your selected artwork

• A small funnel to assist with transferring cremated remains into the vial

• A cremated remains shipping label

• A mailing envelope for returning cremated remains

• A Cremated Remains Preference Form indicating whether any remaining cremated remains should be returned or respectfully scattered after completion

• Pre-addressed shipping information for our studio

Important Shipping Information

The shipping fee paid at checkout covers the delivery of your Cremation Kit and the return shipment of your completed memorial artwork.

Families are responsible for postage and carrier fees associated with sending cremated remains to our studio in accordance with current USPS regulations.

Can I Send My Cremations Kit to Funeral Home?

Yes — if you prefer, we can ship the Cremation Kit directly to the funeral home on your behalf. We ask that you notify the funeral home in advance so they are aware and prepared to receive and fulfill the kit.

When placing your order, please email us at DavidContrerasGlass@gmail.com and let us know you would like the kit shipped directly to the funeral home.

In your email, please include:

• The funeral home’s name and full address

• If applicable, the attention of a specific contact person

• The address where you would like your finished artwork to be sent

This helps ensure a smooth and seamless process from start to finish.
